I just learned of a food co-op in my area...so excited. Sees visions of canning peaches, apples, jams, butters, salsas....oh my :D Looks like high quality organic food. We'll give it a shot...I'll let you know how it goes. Oo also check out Alison's Pantry. No it's not my pantry, though I wish it were. You can buy 15 lbs of hashbrowns for less than 15 bucks. Amazing! Where has this Alison been all my life?!?

Ooo, that site looks neat. I wonder if they deliver around these parts? Perhaps when I'm more settled I'll look into it. I look forward to knowing how it goes!
